How to register a microchip
There are two ways to register a microchip from your KM Account
Option 1:
Use this option if you have not already entered any pet data into your KM system.
1. From the Home Page, enter the microchip number into the Microchip Field and click Submit
2. Fill in the Pet Details
3. Select a Registration Package. If you would like to leave the registration fee up to the new owner, skip this step and they will receive an email or phone call to complete the registration fee.
4. Enter the Owner's Contact Information
5. Confirm all of the data you entered is accurate and Click Complete.
6. If you would like to print a copy of the registration certificate you may, otherwise the owner will be able to print it when they login to their account.

Use this option if you have already entered the pet's data into your KM system.
1. Search the pet you wish to register in your account.
2. Click on the pet to open that pet's profile
3. Click the Green Adopt Button
4. Select a Registration Package. If you would like to leave the registration fee up to the new owner, skip this step and they will receive an email or phone call to complete the registration fee.
5. Enter the Owner's Contact Information
6. If you would like to print a copy of the registration certificate you may, otherwise the owner will be able to print it when they login to their account.
