How To produce a rabies certificate

1. Open the Pet's Profile Page
2. Scroll down to the Health History Section and click the blue pencil icon
3. Click the Green Add Health Item button

4. Fill in the Form with Rabies as the Item Name and the Date Given. Under the Vet Click Drop Down select the Clinic and then the DVM that administered the Rabies Vaccine.
5. Click Save Health Item.

6. Return to the Pet's Profile Page
7. Click the Blue Edit Button and navigate to the Weights & Certifications Tab
8. Enter the Rabies Tag Number into the field Labeled Rabies Tag
9. Click Save Pet

10. Now back on the Pet's Profile Page click the Rabies Certificate Link to Print the Certificate.
