Adding Health records
To Add/Edit Health Items on an individual pet's record:
1. Open up the pet's record.
2. Scroll down to the Health History Section of the pet's profile and click the blue pencil icon
3. Click the Green Add Health Item Button
4. Enter in the Name of the Health Item in the first field.
Enter the Date it was given in the Start field
Only enter a date in the End field if the item was given consecutively for multiple days in a row.
If you would like to enter a reminder for the client to repeat this health item at a future date. Enter it in the Next Due field.
Enter Manufacturer, Lot and Lot Expiration if applicable
If you are entering a health item that has already been completed then leave the completed box checked (blue). If you are entering a health item that needs to be performed at a future time then uncheck the completed box (grey) and the Medical Forecast report will indicate when it is time to perform this health item.
Click the Save Health Item Button to save that particular health item.
Once you have completely entered all health items for this pet, click the I'm Finished Button.

Adding Health Items to Multiple Pets
To add the same health item to more than one pet:
1. From the Main Menu click on the Batch Option
2. Select the pets you would like to assign health items to and click the Next button.
3. Click on Assign Health Items/Routines
2. Select the pets you would like to assign health items to and click the Next button.
3. Click on Assign Health Items/Routines
Enter in the Name of the Health Item
Fill in Manufacturer and Lot Info if applicable
Enter here the date the item was given
Only enter an End Date if this Health Item was performed for multiple consecutive days.
If this health item has already been completed leave the box checked (blue)
Click Add Item to assign this health item to all of the pre-selected pets
Once you have entered all of the health items that apply to the pets you have selected Press the Green I'm Finished Button.
